Candidates who have more than 3 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Certified and proficient in SuccessFactors Employee Central, with at least one end-to-end implementation experience.

Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central module – Custom Objects, Role Based Permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas Reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, Workflows etc.

Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central,, following best practices.

Languages: English (fluent) required, Spanish or Polish (nice to have, depending on the location).

They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee, based in Madrid or Warsaw, but providing services to their global organization.

Right now, we are looking for several SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultants to join our team and help us drive exponential growth at our innovative SAP practice in Europe, based in Spain or Poland but providing coverage to all European clients.
They will start being assigned to a big customer project, planned to last several years, but later in time they will be assigned to any other customers and projects in that area.»

What we are looking for:

Candidates who have more than 3 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Certified and proficient in SuccessFactors Employee Central, with at least one end-to-end implementation experience.

International environment in high-performance teams.

Permanent Global employee, need them working in our customer in Madrid or Warsaw within SAP hubs of a big multinational enduser company. Hybrid (or telework, only in very special cases) may be considered, but European Range hour work and EU residence is an absolute prerequisite to apply.
